PINC is currently hiring Contract RNs/Nurse Case Managers and Legal Nurses to join its remote team. This is a part-time contract position that allows you to work from home after training.

As a Nurse Case Manager, we will look to you to perform case management duties to assess and assist personal injury patients in their treatments, recovery and medical documentation to submit to insurance companies.

Your expertise, experience, positive attitude, and drive to help patients will help steer the success of a fast-growing company and all the fun that comes with it. We have listed a few of your responsibilities below:

-Assess the patient’s current injury status, past and present treatment plan and services, and help formulate short and long-term goals.
-Assess and adjust the care plan and promote desired outcome.
-Provide patient and provider education.
-Enter and maintain assessments, authorizations, treatments and pertinent clinical information into PINC’s medical management system.
-Coordinate with patient’s Primary Care Physician (PCP), specialists, medical providers, and non-medical staff as necessary to meet the needs of the patient (and clients).
-Provide proper follow-up and monitoring with patients and prescribers/healthcare providers.

Qualifications

-Graduated from an accredited school of Nursing
-Registered nurse required
-NLC multistate compact license (desirable but not required0
-2+ years of clinical nursing experience in a clinical, acute care, or community setting
-Demonstrated experience working with patients to coordinate and improve care
